The Flight Operations Department is a vital part in the information flow within the airport infrastructure and flight crews. We ensure information coming through  the section is distributed to the appropriate departments ensuring services are provided in an efficient, timely and safe manner with the utmost satisfaction of our customers. Flight Operations promotes Fujairah International Airport by rendering excellent and expeditious services to existing customers as well as our newly connecting partners. 

OPERATION SERVICES:

Fujairah International Airport operates 24/7 and provides the following: 

Landing permit  requests for landing permissions are received and processed in a timely manner to enable airlines and operators to prepare and plan in advance for their operations to Fujairah International Airport. We perform special handling to include dangerous goods and special loads.

BILLING AND INVOICING

Flight reports are prepared by Flight Operations where all services and products  provided to the flight are entered for billing.Flight reports for credit customers are submitted to the Accounts Department for final invoicing at the end of the month. For non-credit customers, cash payments (cash or credit cards) are required before flight departure.

LOAD CONTROL

Flight Operations Representatives are trained and capable of providing Load Control services to Airlines and Operators under contract. Licensure training shall be provided by the Airline/Operator before rendering this service.

OTHER SERVICES

Fujairah International Airport enjoys fair weather throughout the year making it a suitable alternate (diversion) for flights in case of adverse weather at other airports of the region. In the event of a required diversion, a landing permit is not required and all services are available.
